Treasurer - Lynda Hughes continues
- Oversee general business and management of the Society
- Participate in committee activities
- Conduct Board meetings and general monthly meetings
- Continue the Society’s mission of promoting awareness and appreciation for the medium of soft pastel in the community
First Vice President – Membership - filled, Adriana Rapolla
- Preside over Board and general monthly meetings in the absence of the president
- Handle all duties relating to membership
- Maintain a monthly membership database
- Welcome new members with a letter detailing benefits of membership
Second Vice President – Programs - filled, Linda Dellandre and Sally Hoyt
- Secure and plan artist demonstrations for PSST meetings, including promotion and details required for virtual demos
- Encourage membership attendance through emails and posts to PSST Facebook
- Assist workshop coordinator with demo by workshop instructor
Secretary
- Attend all Board and general monthly meetings and record all minutes and votes in a book kept for that purpose, preserving financial reports and e-votes
- Email the Board minutes to Board members and general minutes to all members
- Prepare any official correspondence requested by the President or the Board
Treasurer - Lynda Hughes continues
- Serve as custodian of all funds belonging to the Society and maintain financial records
- Receive and disburse funds, and balance receipts, expenditures, and transfers of monies
- Prepare itemization of the current month’s income, expenses, and balance for Board meetings and general monthly meetings
- Responsible for 990 filing with the Internal Revenue Service prior to May 15
