Jason Horejs writes specifically about art. His blog today is about keeping in touch with your art collectors. He states that "you may be overlooking your best marketing opportunity: Selling to collectors who have purchased your work in the past." His advice is always first rate and practical.

The long hot summer is on it's way out and we at PSST are back in full swing! Mark your calendars---September 12th at Texas Art Supply on Montrose. We have a fun filled day planned starting with our general meeting at 10:30--followed by time to go out to lunch and catch up on members news after the summer break.
After our lunch break--at 1:00 we will have a model (Dave Malin) for members to paint with a cost of only $10.00 each for the model fee (which can be paid, in cash please, at the meeting.). This will be a three hour session ending at 4:00. There will be no instructor; it is a paint on your own session. Don't miss out on this opportunity to paint from life. The fundamentals of life drawing will improve every future painting! Hope to see you there. |
