November 11: historic Fernland Park, located at 780 Clepper Street, Montgomery, TX . This park features historic log cabins, a bell tower and fields (hopefully with bales of hay!) The library next door has a beautiful garden and pond to paint, too. Meet in the parking lot just off the street and in front of the log cabins. Bring water and a bag lunch if you like, restaurants are scarce in this area. The library is open and has restroom facilities.
No instruction and no fee, just bring your gear. Feel free to paint or sketch in the medium of your choice—oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolors, charcoal, etc. Painting from 9:00 AM to noonish, come and go as you please.
