PSST asked Sherry Killingsworth, September 2017 Feature Artist, how she handles the expanse of view in landscapes. Sherry agreed that it can be hard, but that, "Something usually grabs my attention like a strong light and shadow pattern or beautiful colors in a sunset. I have to ask myself if the painting is about the land or the sky and put in the horizon line accordingly."
